Fitness programs

You will have 3 x fitness classes per week, the variety in these training programs will constantly keep your body guessing, which will lead to some excellent results. The sessions you will be doing will vary in time, but in the long run will all have the same desired outcome.. RESULTS.

Yoga

Your fitness programs will include one optional Yoga class per week. You will have an option between a Restorative class and a relaxing and mindful Yin class.

Pilates

You will have one Pilates class a week, this class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and develop control and endurance throughout your whole body.
