How will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed through a third party merchant facility, Braintree (a PayPal service) . You will be able to pay through credit card or debit card. The payment option you choose on your initial sign up will be the same payment option each month for the remainder of your subscription.
If I don’t have a credit card can I still sign up to NetFit?
At this stage we only have credit card and debit card payment options available.
Do I need to join a gym?
You are not required to join a gym, on sign up we send you everything you need for an awesome at home work out. You do have the option to do your workout at home or at a gym. If you do prefer to work out at a gym, we would encourage you to hit up Pulse8.
What does “Not So Fit.. Lets Get Fit” mean?
“Not So Fit.. Lets get Fit”, means that you are new to fitness or have been away from fitness for a long period of time. This means you are starting on a low intensity program, which will increase in intensity over a period of time.
What do I get access to as a member of NetFit?
As a Member of NetFit, you will have access to a complete fitness plan and nutrition guide. Depending on your individual plan, your fitness plan each week will include:
2-3 x Fitness sessions (involving a series of resistance weight training, high and low intensity cardio, and stretching exercises),
1 x Yoga class (a combination of relaxation and strengthening motions of warrior and balancing postures), and
1 x Pilate’s class (a combination of core building and strengthening exercises).
Each program changes each week, in order to keep your program fresh.
Your nutrition guide will involve 3 recipe options per meal type where you will choose one per meal. You will have a variety of meal options which are designed to supply you with the required daily nutrients and intake. You will also have access to a nutrition calculator where you can search any meal and know whether it fits in with your plan or one of your cheat meals.
You will have access to a live chat portal, where you will be able to contact our qualified professionals to motivate, assist and support you through your NetFit membership. You will also have the ability to change out any of your fitness program here, if you have any issues, injuries or concerns about your allocated program.
We will be hosting monthly bootcamps, Yoga classes and Pilate’s classes all around Australia, which you will be able to come along to, for free. This will allow you to meet your trainers in person, as well as be apart of the NetFit community.
How does my NetFit membership work?
Once you sign up to NetFit, you will be able to access your membership through a website, an iOS app or an Android app. You will pay on sign up on our website, and then be able to download the app for free. You will be able to access one week of your program at a time, once you have completed a week, your next week will automatically update for you to access.
How much exercise will I be expected to do?
Depending on your individual program, you will be expected to do exercise 3-5 days a week; you will be assigned per week:
2-3 x Fitness sessions,
1 x Yoga class, and
1 x Pilate’s class
From your initial consultation on sign up, our qualified professionals allocate a program to you, in which we think will get you the best results. We understand it can be difficult to start a new fitness program, so all we ask is that you keep active as much as you can, and try to keep up with your assigned program. Does NetFit have a Gluten free, Vegan and/or Vegetarian option?
We have a Vegan and Vegetarian option that you can choose at sign up. We do not have a specific Gluten free option yet, we do however, have some Gluten free and Vegetarian meal options.
With our nutrition calculator you have the ability to take any of your favourite meals and see if they fit into your daily count.
Does NetFit have a Lactose free option?
No, but you will be able to search any meals that follow your dietary requirements in our nutrition calculator to make sure they fit within the requirements of your daily intake.
How much support will I be given throughout my membership?
You can have as little or as much support as you like, as you have the Live Chat component of your membership, you will be able to contact one of our qualified professionals at all times. It is live, and therefore is an instant response. You will also have the ability to meet the qualified trainers and become apart of the NetFit Community at our monthly Bootcamps, Yoga classes and Pilates classes.
Why can I only see week one?
Your new weekly program will show up every new week once you have completed all your compulsory sessions, and “ticked”. If your new weekly plan is not showing up, please double check you have “ticked off” all of your sessions in your fitness program, and if the new week is still not appearing then contact us on your live chat and we will be able to update your program immediately.
When will I be able to access the following weeks?
Once you have ticked off all your compulsory sessions in your fitness plan, and there has been 7 days since your current week has appeared, your new weekly plan will show up.
Is each week of NetFit the same?
No two weeks in any program is the same, they may contain the same, or similar exercises, but each week will vary and increase in intensity in order to get you the best results.
Do I need to be a NetFit member to download the NetFit app?
You do not need to be a NetFit member to download the iOS or android app, however, you will not be able to access the app once you have downloaded it if you are not a member and do not have a login.
